Location:  Hybrid working from our Manchester office & regular travel to client sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient quoting for new business and contract renewals
  • Process contract amendments within specified KPIs
  • Offer relevant information to support various departments in achieving business objectives
  • Communicate professionally with clients and brokers via phone and email
  • Work collaboratively within the team, suggesting improvements to enhance overall performance
  • Maintain accuracy in work output while developing a strong understanding of our products
  • Record proposals in the sales order book and keep internal systems up to date
  • Prepare and issue commercial offer packs

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum five GCSEs (or equivalent)
  • Experience in customer service, both internal and external
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload, work independently, and meet deadlines
