Location: Manchester - Hybrid

Role Purpose: The Commercial Pricing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the preparation and delivery of accurate, competitive and timely quotations across multiple Bureau Veritas service lines. The role will act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Operations and Business Unit teams, ensuring client requirements are understood, appropriate Bureau Veritas services are identified, and proposed solutions align with the organisation's service capabilities and operational delivery requirements.
The role requires the ability to interpret client requirements, coordinate multiple technical stakeholders and manage quotation activities across Mechanical, Electrical, Health & Safety and other Bureau Veritas service lines.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end quotation process, ensuring client requirements are understood, appropriate services are identified, and pricing responses are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

Coordinate pricing and technical inputs from Mechanical, Electrical, Health & Safety, Fire, Water and other Bureau Veritas service lines to ensure all relevant information is obtained for client opportunities.

Support the B&I Opex Sales team by preparing and issuing accurate, competitive quotations, commercial proposals and bid responses, enabling rapid quotation turnaround and a target response time of 24 hours.

Interpret client requirements and determine the appropriate Bureau Veritas services required to meet the scope of client opportunities.

Assist with multi-service bids, renewals and large client opportunities.

Maintain pricing information, rate cards and commercial documentation.

Monitor, track and manage pricing requests to ensure service levels and client deadlines are achieved.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to facilitate efficient quotation turnaround.
Experience & Skills Required:
Essential
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Experience working within Facilities Management (FM), Building Services, Compliance or Engineering Services.

Experience coordinating or producing quotations, estimates, pricing submissions or bid support documentation.

Commercial awareness and an understanding of the importance of delivering competitive client solutions.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and service lines to deliver client-focused solutions.

Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing competing priorities.
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience working with rate cards and commercial pricing information.
Desirable
-
Familiarity with SFG20 maintenance standards and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) environments.

Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Compliance, Fire, Water or Health & Safety services.
