Compliance Coordinator, Manchester

 

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000

 

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our compliance team based in Manchester. The role will provide critical administrative and coordination support to assist in ensuring the delivery of all aspects of the programme and reactive global elements of the contract for one of our key clients in the financial services sector.

 

You will be responsible for supporting end to end delivery; taking responsibility and ownership for maintaining Client & Bureau Veritas aligned systems and ensuring all aspects of the core contract are delivered every time.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include

 

  • Provide coordination and admin support to Service Delivery Manager in relation to all global programme and reactive deliverables
  • Act as main point of contact in relation to all global related work across various different regions of the contract for all related; internal, client and 3rd party queries in relation to the delivery of services
  • Update all trackers and databases as jobs progress ensuring accurate data is available at all times
  • Take responsibility for raising any issues with the Service Delivery Manager that might hamper reactive / project delivery and prevent us meeting KPIs / SLAs
  • Produce management information on behalf of the Service Delivery Manager as required to be shared with key stakeholders across the contract
  • Support BV planning and BV country contacts with logistical and practical issues such site access, permits to work, supporting documentation, and contact details
  • Develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure business objectives are proactively and successfully delivered
  • Share role deliverables within the team to ensure a multi-skilled team
  • General ad-hoc contract administration as required

 

Candidate Requirements include:

 

  • Effective communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Excellent internal & client relationship building skills
  • Strong organisation and general administrative skills
  • Highly proficient in IT and capable with data creation & manipulation in Excel
  • Ability to maintain up to date and accurate records
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise all deliverables
  • Good initiative
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • H&S knowledge (desirable)
