Bureau Veritas is looking for a Key Account Coordinator to provide vital support across our client and internal systems, ensuring the seamless execution of contracts and services. This hybrid role offers a flexible work schedule split between the office and home.
Job Title: Key Account Coordinator
Location: Manchester - Hybrid 2 days in the office

Role Purpose:
As a Key Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service by ensuring that all contractual requirements are met on time, every time. You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and third-party partners to maintain accurate data, monitor KPIs, and ensure effective delivery of periodic inspections and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all the commercial, financial and management information aspects of one of our largest clients.
- Maintain and update accurate asset and contract information in Bureau Veritas and client systems.
- Ensure all scheduled activities, including inspections, audits, and surveys, are updated and tracked.
- Provide valuable support to the Account Manager by being the central point of contact for internal and external queries.
- Monitor and report KPIs, invoicing, and deliverables, providing insightful reports to the client and attending or hosting meetings when necessary.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients, FM service providers, and internal teams.
- Investigate and resolve invoicing and debt queries
- Actively contribute to process improvements and promote the ‘One BV’ culture.
- Provide financial and data support including processing large volumes of data
What We’re Looking For:
- IT literate with knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Office Suite. A familiarity with slightly advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs, formulas, pivot tables are desired, however full training can be provided
- Proven ability to analyse data and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and client-focused approach.
- Skills: Proactive, multi-tasking, and service delivery focused. Able to work under pressure and adapt to new challenges.
- Qualifications: GCSEs or A-Level equivalent. Experience in finance/invoicing systems is an advantage.
