Job Title: Key Account Coordinator 

Location: Manchester - Hybrid 2 days in the office

Role Purpose:

 

As a Key Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service by ensuring that all contractual requirements are met on time, every time. You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and third-party partners to maintain accurate data, monitor KPIs, and ensure effective delivery of periodic inspections and services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage mechanical inspections, overdue tasks, and defects for one of our largest clients.
  • Maintaining and updating asset information in Bureau Veritas and client systems.
  • Track and update scheduled activities like inspections, defects and missed inspections daily.
  • Arrange all site access and joint meets for mechanical inspections.
  • Be the central point of contact for internal and external mechanical queries, engaging with internal technical resources where required.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the client and maintenance contractors to present mechanical KPI and defect statistics, and discuss any actions required.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients, FM service providers, and internal teams.
  • Maximise charging of overtime and repair audits
  • Actively contribute to process improvements and promote the ‘One BV’ culture.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Role would suit someone with some previous experience in scheduling, arranging site visits or mechanical/engineering customer service
  • IT literate with knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Office Suite. 
  • Proven ability to analyse data and meet targets.
  • Strong communication skills and client-focused approach.
  • Skills: Proactive, multi-tasking, and service delivery focused. Able to work under pressure and adapt to new challenges.
  • Qualifications: GCSEs or A-Level equivalent. Experience in finance/invoicing systems is an advantage.
