Recruitment Administrator

South Manchester – Hybrid – 2 office days per week


We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join or UK people team on a 12 month placement.

Working in partnership with the Recruitment Business Partners and Hiring Managers, this role will be key on coordinating key processes through the recruitment life cycle. You will assist with the end to end recruitment process, screening candidates and providing administrative support to the recruitment and onboarding team.

You will also provide support with new and existing recruitment initiatives such as apprenticeship schemes, armed forces partnership programme, enhancing our employer brand, etc.


What the role will involve


  • Review CVs and applications, contact and screen candidates to determine their suitability for positions, providing a great candidate experience and advising them on the recruitment process and next steps
  • Reviewing candidate compliance documentation/ qualifications and processing through the Screening process
  • Interview scheduling and coordination
  • Manage candidate relationship and ensure they are provided with relevant feedback regardless of the outcome
  • Work closely with the Resourcing Partners in the preparation of job descriptions and the drafting and publication of job adverts
  • Advertising vacancies via careers pages, job boards and social networks
  • Moving candidates through the designated candidate management system/ATS and support on ensuring all relevant trackers are kept updated
  • Work with the Recruitment Team to build talent pipelines, developing and maintaining a ‘talent pool’ of potential candidates
  • Draft and send offer letters to candidates
  • Ensure the best use of social media to attract talent to the business and increase awareness of our employer brand
  • Contribute to building the Employer Brand and related activities to drive recognition in the employment market
  • Liaise with the wider HR and IT teams regarding onboarding of new hires 
  • Support the team on new and existing recruitment initiatives e.g., apprenticeship schemes, armed forces career events
  • Support on recruitment internal communications
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required
