Service Delivery Coordinator (Aerospace),

Remuneration: Up to £23,000 per annum + benefits


We are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to support the ongoing delivery of the mechanical assurance programme for one of our key accounts in the Aerospace industry. You will be the point of contact for the daily management of the programme, ensuring all defects affecting safety are resolved and tracked to resolution.

Responsibilities include


  • Responsible for the daily management of all mechanical assets reported as not available through to resolution
  • Responsible for the daily management of all reported ‘defects effecting safety’ and verify that the issue has been suitably resolved with the local Inspection Coordinator and updated on SWIFT.
  • Schedule monthly meetings with the Inspection Coordinators ensuring any outstanding defects are closed out.
  • Manage the cleansing of the asset portfolio.
  • Provide a 6 week look ahead for assets due for inspection fortnightly and send to Inspection Coordinators.
  • Raise the monthly invoices split between various cost centres
  • Analysing recommendations across all asset types and understanding repeat issues as well as broader trend analysis.
  • Produce and issue monthly MI statistics to appropriate stakeholders for onward use
  • Assist the Key Account Manager by acting as a central contact for all stakeholder queries relating to the mechanical asset portfolio
  • Share monthly KPI’s per site to analyse site performance, review trends and areas of required improvement
  • Deliver and organise the Communities of Practice monthly meetings with relevant stakeholders
  • Managing the embedded contractor status of BV engineers, coordinating access badges
  • Develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure business objectives are proactively and successfully delivered
  • General ad-hoc contract administration as required
