Role: Service Delivery Coordinator

Location: Manchester - hybrid   2 days a week from the office

Role Purpose

The role provides critical support to assist in ensuring delivery of all aspects of the contract. You will be responsible for supporting end to end delivery; take responsibility and ownership for maintaining Client & BV aligned systems, ensuring all aspects of the core contract are delivered every time. This role requires a highly organised individual with the ability to communicate with colleagues and clients at all levels.

 

 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Maintain and update client systems and databases with asset data, inspection dates, reports, and audit information
  • Control key activities in systems like Verisae, Maximo, and Concept
  • Act as the go-to contact for client and internal teams—handling service queries and coordination
  • Support account managers with KPI tracking, P/O management, and reporting
  • Train new team members on client systems and procedures
  • Attend client meetings to present KPIs and communicate insights
  • Ensure compliance with contract SLAs, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Assist planning teams with scheduling and resource alignment
  • Promote the culture of ‘One BV’ across the business

 

 

 What You’ll Bring:

  • Advanced MS Excel and Word skills; confident in using client platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Keen analytical skills—able to interpret and act on data quickly
  • A proactive mindset and passion for efficient service delivery
  • Comfortable managing deadlines, multitasking, and adapting to change
  • Experience working with finance and invoicing systems is a bonus
