The Opportunity
Are you ready to make a REAL impact in a fast-growing commercial environment? We are seeking a Pricing Estimator to join our dynamic team and help shape how leading organisations access competitive, multi-service pricing solutions.


In this hybrid role, you'll combine analytical expertise with stakeholder engagement, building sophisticated pricing models that drive growth across our multiple service lines. You'll work with some of the largest household names, including crucially our major partnerships with globally leading FM firms.

You will support our Sales and Operations teams to provide accurate, competitive pricing across multiple service lines – An area which is growing at serious pace!


The challenge? We need competitive, informed multi-service pricing support offering best possible value to our clients, whilst protecting operational requirements. You will be the go-to person for building pricing matrices and rate cards that enable rapid, accurate commercial offers.


Main Duties and Responsibilities
•  Build pricing frameworks - Design and develop rate tables and pricing matrices that generate multi-service cost breakdowns quickly and competitively
•  Work with business units - Collaborate with Bureau Veritas business unit leads to obtain service costs and validate pricing responses
•  Drive commercial growth - Support the B&I Opex sales and renewals team with accurate pricing that unlocks multi-service opportunities
•  Prepare winning bids - Input multi-service cost structures into pricing models for large, complex opportunities
•  Challenge and refine - Engage confidently with internal stakeholders to understand, validate, and challenge pricing data
•  Support wider initiatives - Assist with additional client requests such as pre-qualification questionnaires and rate card development
•  Build business-wide rate card - Lead the initial activity to establish standardised pricing frameworks across Bureau Veritas


What Are We Looking For?
• Excel proficiency - Confident with spreadsheet design, formula building, and creation/management of pricing calculations
• Strong communicator - You build effective relationships with business unit leads and      internal stakeholders; able to challenge constructively and communicate complex pricing logic clearly
• Analytical mindset - You thrive in a data-driven environment and can translate business requirements into functional pricing models
• Problem-solver - You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and speed are key differentiators
• Financial or IT background beneficial - Experience with financial modelling, database structures, or system implementation is advantageous
• Attention to detail – You ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across complex multi-service offers
• Collaborative approach – You work effectively across teams to gather requirements and validate outputs


Desirable:
•  Experience with estimating software or rate-building tools
•  Familiarity with FM or building services terminology
•  Understanding of service costing principles
