The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overall management and performance of our facility including office and warehouse operations, customer relations, quality and security. You will be accountable for achievement of objectives, productivity standards, and safety requirements.


In this roll you will:

  • Provide a hands-on approach in the hiring of personnel and directing of warehouse day-to-day activities to include order filling, stocking, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
  • Manage and develop warehouse personnel by monitoring and providing feedback on workflow, performance, and standards for accuracy and productivity
  • Ensures customer orders are picked, packed and shipped properly and within a timely manner
  • Communicates effectively with customers providing proactive and timely service, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure retention
  • Ensures that warehouse personnel have safe, efficient equipment in order to perform distribution functions efficiently
  • Ensures efficient and cost-effective operation and utilization of the facility
  • Implement warehouse security, safety programs, and good operation and maintenance of warehouse power equipment, workers' compensation reporting and all OSHA local and state regulations
  • Adheres to budget requirements and ensures the facility is meeting objectives and performance goals
  • Maintains complete and open lines of communication between the warehouse and corporate office to facilitate efficient warehouse operation



Qualified professionals will also have:

  • 5+ years’ management experience in logistics and warehousing
  • Strong leadership, team building, communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to function autonomously and use good judgment in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
