Hours Worked: Typically, Monday through Friday, forty-hours per week.

 

Compensation Range: $21 - $25 an hour (e.g., the job posting is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, and actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as locations, education, experience, and skillset).

ATL, a Bureau Veritas Company is seeking a dynamic Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals focused on client service and quality. The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, forward thinking, and possess outstanding copying and editing experience with a zero tolerance for mistakes. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate raw material ingredient name vs. CAS number(s) provided and document, checking in SciFinder as needed and following work pro
  • Identify, navigate, and search appropriate client databases to retrieve specific information which may include documents
  • Evaluates data provided in a raw material disclosure for consistency across documents and compares it against data sufficiency requirements as required by safety and regulatory
  • Ensures data is compiled and maintained in accordance to Client policies
  • Enter data in appropriate systems and following client work process, asking questions and making no assumptions
  • Focuses on priorities and provided by client, adjusting as needed when priorities change.
  • Communicate effectively with client and escalate issues (e.g., non-responsive manufacturer) or questions immediately.
  • Asks questions when something is not clear or as questions arise during data review.
  • Communicate effectively, problem solves while performing other essential tasks and responsibilities as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills & Proficiencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in scientific field preferred.
  • Excellent follow-through to ensure completion of assigned tasks. 
  • Ability to work independently in a desk/computer-driven environment.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks 
  • Excellent computer skills- (PowerPoint, Word, troubleshooting)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. 

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required 
  • 1+ years of experience working in data review is preferred. Additional experience in customer service is desired.
