We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient assistant project coordinator to join our team. You will work directly with the Senior project manager to coordinate and accomplish the necessary project tasks and requirements. Candidate must have an eye for detail and a go-getter personality, ready to help synchronize all the project elements and make them operate successfully.



  • Updating and reporting on the schedule progress
  • Identifying resource requirements and gaps
  • Assist the project manager in the execution of the management plan for assigned projects
  • Facilitate communications between office and field staff (auditors)
  • Track and directly report project status updates to project manager
  • Help problem-solve issues and suggest ways to improve the project
  • Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents
  • Reviewing and validating contract
  • Preparing purchase orders, approving invoices, completing the billing
  • Report necessary information to different internal departments


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in business management or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or as an administrative assistant
  • Comfortable with MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Vey organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Expert problem solver
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Any additional language skills preferred
