Role Purpose Statement:

The Audit Services Coordinator shall perform client’s certification post audit monitoring activities for North America clients in accordance with Bureau Veritas Certification procedures and processes to ensure that mandates for the certification function is satisfied. This role will be responsible for the audit report review and submission of files to POV, as well as the management and close-out of POV defects/defect entry. Additional responsibilities include liaising with the relevant departments (including Field auditors) and managing the files through the Technical file review and Certification issuance.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Audit Report Review and submission of Files to POV (Create POV Line & Cert Header)
  • Manage and close-out POV defects/Defect Entry
  • Interface with auditors and BV Back Office as needed to manage POV defects Ø Admin review completed within 48 hours Ø Technical File Review defect responses completed in a timely manner Ø Certificates are issued within defined timelines Ø Contribute to improving First Time Through

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Degree or equivalent
  • At least 2 years relevant professional experience
  • Professional auditor qualifications relevant to one or several of the product areas is desirable
  • Communication, presentation skills Ø Project management Ø People management Ø General IT skills Ø Good command of English (spoken and written)
