Contracts Supervisor – Job Description
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Bureau Veritas customer facing contracts are accurate and comply with Bureau Veritas guidelines and requirements and also to ensure contracts are aligned with commercial metrics set by Bureau Veritas
General:
- Ensure that bureau Veritas proposals comply with BV CER MS requirements
- Ensure that renewals team are appropriately supervised, renewal KPI commitments and team is following CER MS requirements.
- Ensure pricing meets commercial requirements and meets levels of OP set forth in budgeting.
- Become familiar with all IAF and audit calculation guidelines.
- Ensure proposal templates are up to date and comply with requirements from legal team
- Address contract defects identified by technical and operations teams to ensure certificate issuance is not blocked by contract issues
- Provide full co-operation with operations team to send executable contracts with lead team to deliver audits
- Input contracts to Salesforce and monitor Salesforce contract entry to prevent integration errors
- Work with Director of Sales to create renewals budget in line with overall budget package and account for seasonality
- Collects the information from the potential client;
- Prepares the offer and the contract, as described in Sales Offer per product.
- Maintain accurate records for all renewal activities
- Assist sales team with contract preparation and assist in client facing situations to address client concerns with regards to scope, audit time and technical codes
- Facilitate with communication between all departments to address proposal issues and improvements
- Assist Management team as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of account management or sales experience.
- Four year college degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Experience with SalesForce.com, Google Analytics and/or Constant Contact preferred.
- Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective project management skills.
- Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals.
- Plan decisions and practice good judgment.
- Build excellent working relationship to attain goals.
- Collaborate and work effectively as a team member.
- Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
- Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills.
