JOB SUMMARY:

 

Project Administrative Assistant- Houston, TX

 

Work Schedule/Hours:  M-F Sat. dayshift; some Saturdays may be required

 

The Project administrative assistant must be proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in spreadsheets. Will create service request for repairs and update repair work orders including photos into an INFOR Management System.

Knowledgeable of preparation of monthly estimates, review of subcontractor invoice, review inspector daily activity report for accuracy, updating spreadsheets/reports including but not limited to, all associated administrative duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • BSc in business management or other related degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in office or project administration assistant
  • Proven experience in areas of office and project administration, handling vendors, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

 

 **The position is Part-Time As Needed: This means the work can be sporadic and not consistent. Ideal for someone that is self-employed, retired, semi-retired, or perhaps looking to supplement their income or in between work projects/jobs.**
