About the Role

The Sourcing Manager will report to the Director of Procurement and get involved with all sourcing activities including the responsible for developing and driving proactive sourcing strategies for all assigned commodities, across multiple sites, negotiating with suppliers and influencing internal and external stakeholders, in order to achieve all fulfilment, quality, productivity, cost out, cash and inventory commitments to the business, special projects and other duties. Develop alternate sources and/or risk mitigation plans for single & sole source suppliers. Responsible for staying apprised of technology updates and recent trends within industry. Lead the development and execution of the commodity strategy, including new supplier agreements and optimization of existing agreements, special projects and other duties.

  • Supplier Selection, Development and Management of relationship

  • Multicurrency Consolidations
  • IFRS exposure along with US GAAP & Statutory guidance (Yellow Book)
  • Leverage various business intelligence tools while developing analytical reporting

To be successful, the candidate must accomplish the following:

What you will bring:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain (preferred)
  • 6+ Years Sourcing, Materials or Global Supply Chain Experience
  • 6+ yrs. experience negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers
  • Ability to prioritize workload, provide solutions, and navigate through complex structure, systems, and processes
  • Experience with ERP and cloud-based accounting systems
  • Established and detail-orientated high energy self-starter with experience working in a hands-on environment
  • Experience identifying and documenting areas for improvement and implementation of more effective and efficient processes and controls
  • Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high ownership of work product and commitment
  • Keen analytical, organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Expert or advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experienced with full cycle general ledger accounting including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and financial statements
  • Ability to thrive on an inclusive, collaborative, remote team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Desire to learn and grow in a large multinational company


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with JDE ERP system (preferred)
  • Experience using Tableau
  • Advanced Excel
