Primary Function:                  Manages assigned boiler and machinery loss control accounts.  Acts as a liaison between Bureau Veritas and the client and ensures a high level of customer service by coordinating boiler and machinery loss control services.  Evaluates account performance to ensure a high level of service and renewal purposes.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manages assigned accounts
  • Acts as main point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Fields calls from clients and vendors as needed
  • Coordinates required services for assigned accounts
  • Proofs and distributes inspection letters
  • Evaluates performance of assigned account to determine service level and for account renewal.
  • Account maintenance and set-ups in Bureau Veritas systems

 

•     Client customer service surveys

•     Field inspection statuses

  • Provide seamless handover of new client accounts between business development and

operations.

  • Knowledge of Jurisdictional Online
