The IA Operations Manager is responsible for managing the team of IA Project Managers and IA Project Administrators, including establishing and maintaining and supporting customer relationships. Our internal tools will help the IA Project Managers and IA Project Administrators to manage the technical, as well as all commercial aspects of the assigned projects. He or she shall enforce the company processes with the team, including organizing trainings, team meetings, individual coaching, to constantly improve the efficiency as well as to cultivate constructive communication with other teams, the customers and other entities. Responsibilities include worldwide regulatory/country type approvals and certification of licensed technologies including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Cellular. Project Manager will work with 3rd party laboratories to maintain appropriate compliance for mfg.  This includes: CE, FCC, E Mark, Bluetooth, USB, etc.


We are seeking a highly motivated, well organized individual with excellent communication skills (written and verbal, English a must, other languages welcome) that can manage the current North America International Approvals Team. Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Strive to exceed customer expectations in the best interest of the company in constant communication with the Sales organization
  • Enforce, processes and procedures, while continuously improving them to meet current demands and increase operational efficiency
  • Manage performance of employees plan for their ongoing development, including continuous technical development of the competence and ability within the team
  • Explain the business policy and culture to the team members
  • Be informed about internal and external customer reactions for working results
  • Global coordination of the team activities
  • Distribute projects within the team and taking into consideration, customer priorities and the company’s interest
  • Provide weekly forecast of revenue and costs and Manage backlog expediting project completion. in order to deliver the budget
  • Reduce project costs, negotiating pricing with subcontractors and vendors and keeping cost control
  • Develop employees to create a leadership pipeline, providing appropriate training and development opportunities
  • Interface with business partners to leverage the network and achieve results
  • Apply knowledge, skills, and resources


Skills & Requirements: 

  • Leadership and motivational ability, as well the ability to be proactive in anticipating and dealing with opportunities and problems
  • Technical aptitude, the ability to quickly assimilate and assess new information and develop plans to find timely solutions
  • Establish and maintain relationship with IA vendors worldwide, best level of service, pricing and turnaround
  • Review and report the IA weekly revenue to management
  • Problem solving skills including the ability to lead groups of diverse people through a problem-solving process
  • Abel to step in and handle projects if needed
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge, market trends and create opportunities for new services
  • The ability to organize and prioritize daily activities and workload in a resource constrained environment
  • Effective oral and written communications skills
  • Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results, coaching, counseling and discipline employees, developing, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards.
  • Strong skills as a team leader and ability to work well with peers  

Education & Experience: 

  • BA or BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or closely related field
  • Five (5) years in management position
  • Five (5) years of experience as s Project Manager
  • Experience and knowledge of certification programs and carrier approval requirements for wireless industry highly desirable
