CRM Administrator
As a CRM Administrator, your main responsibilities are to:
- Vital role as point of contact for everything FreshDesk related ensuring that Agents (KAS, PM etc) , Collaborators including Sales, QA, Management, CIT, RMO etc receive timely , effective and efficient service
- Maintain and enhance applications to promote customer satisfaction both internally and externally
- Resolve issues and contribute to overall support strategy
- Provide Training and Mentorship
- Look to ensure adoption and proper and consistent use of the application
- Ability to collaborate with internal groups and stakeholders (IT, National Team, Invoicing Team, RMO, Sales, QA etc.)
- Build and provide analytics to necessary parties
You are the ideal CRM Administrator if:
- Customer service skills (active listener, empathy, patience, clear articulation, calm and composed under pressure, willingness to go above and beyond-a real desire to help people to ensure Agent can provide the ultimate customer service to their customer)
- Person should embody value and culture of customer success
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Problem solving – ability to assess, identify problems and find solutions quickly
- Technical proficiency related to application and tools or willingness to learn (FreshDesk, Excel, Google Sheets, Browsers, Workflow Automation, Email Systems etc)
- Attention to detail and understanding of data
- Analytical skills including excel and reporting within FreshDesk as well as query building
- Organizational and time management skills – ability to prioritize the instance of FreshDesk and urgency related to Agent inquiries
- Patience & Empathy – you will often deal with upset or frustrated users and you should remain calm and understanding while addressing concerns and spending as much time as required with new or struggling users
- Passion for the product
- Detective like troubleshooting skills
- Analytical and process-oriented approach
- Care for quality over quantity
- Ability to assist users with any admin task in FreshDesk that takes them away from dealing with their customers
