Your main responsibilities are:

  • General duties are to carry out the repairs and the renovations of the properties of the company, as well as to be responsible for the general upkeep of the premises; 
  • Performing all kind of repairs;
  • Offer help with any task that requires physical effort;
  • Assist in preparations for new instrument arrivals;
  • Provide daily internal customer support services (action/work order requests, HVAC controls, office space planning/moves, maintenance service coordination, security access, etc);
  • Construction work/renovations (build walls and paint);
  • Perform other related tasks as requested.


You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You have experience in building maintenance and general renovations (painting, constructions, etc.);
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulation;
  • Dynamic, energetic, motivated, positive outlook, and a "can-do" attitude;
  • Excellent communication skills (French and English);
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and assignments;
  • Knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Construction and building codes;
  • Be highly organized as he or she will be expected to maintain good records of receipts, invoices and tools;
  • Handyman / Handywoman;
  • Flexible work schedule, weekend when needed, overtime.
