The Customer Service Representative is the key liaison between the client, the laboratory, and senior Bureau Veritas management. You will be trained In office, then fully remote position.

 

Your main responsibilities are

 

  • To be the key liaison between the client, the laboratory, and senior Bureau Veritas management
  • Respond to all client calls in a timely manner according to department standards
  • Document and get closure on all client complaints, (CARS)
  • Stay current with all methods, PARs, and MOCs, via the various reporting tools of the QSI, and CMR databases
  • Assist the sales team with active participation in development and execution of the regional sales strategies, assist in all quotation reviews, and RFP generation
  • Development of actual and potential clients through active participation in new account identification, and regular account reviews
  • Coordinate work schedules, reports, data, billing and client requests
  • Complete all office related administration tasks such as filing, reporting and invoice generation, mailing, etc.
  • Prepare bottle orders and coordinate delivery and/or pick-up of the bottle order, set up reoccurring pick-ups, depending on the client’s requirement
  • Coordinate and schedule on time pick-up of samples and accruate delivery 
  • Work with accounting staff to facilitate discussions on client account payment habits; assist with collection of monies owed
  • Ensure Quality Standards are maintained
  • Available to respond to emails and calls after hours and on weekends, when necessary (Iphone will be provided)

 

You are the ideal candidate if:

 

  • Background in sciences an asset 
  • Bilingual: French and English
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • You have experience in customer service
  • Good knowledge of computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Energetic individual that can work independently in a multi tasking fast paced environment
