We are looking for an inspiring HR Leader who … Is optimistic, curious, and collaborative with the ability to organize and prioritize workload. As we begin to grow our total Talent vision, you will play a critical contribution in bringing operational excellence to our North American Talent Acquisition team. In partnership with our Business and HR Leaders, you will blend performance & integrity, with ambition & humility, responsibility & openness, we are proud that our people leave a mark on what they do.

 

What You'll Do:

· Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters to own and drive an efficient hiring process, identify, and develop proactive talent identification while creating strategic hiring plans focused on innovative ways to reach diverse talent.

· Manage key business relationships; partner effectively with business leaders and functional teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and met; maintain broad influence through ongoing development of internal/external relationships across the organization.

· Drive operational effectiveness by owning and advising key Talent Acquisition processes including dashboards with leading and lagging indicators, innovative ways of working by bringing the outside in, assessing the right tools and partnerships for identifying and selecting top talent, and breaking down the recruitment siloes for better scale.

· Foster an environment that is collaborative, supportive, and connected to the information and happenings within the business for a geographically dispersed TA team.

· Lead any Talent Acquisition projects that shape the future of the HR operational model.

· Create a culture of performance through operational efficiencies and demand management.

· Strengthen employer brand proposition to sell the organization and create a consistent and engaging candidate experience.

· Establishes and continuously develops networks through industry contacts, university relations, association memberships, trade groups, and military affiliations, among other sources, to maximize recruitment resources and opportunities for the Bureau Veritas North America.

· Inform and report to business leaders on the progress of key recruitment initiatives and hiring metrics.

· Managing agency relationships and contract negotiations

What You'll Bring: 

· Minimum 10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition.

· Prior leadership experience with direct reports.

· Excellent project management skills across both the design and implementation of large-scale recruiting projects

· Strong reliance on data driven decision making.

· Passion for the employee experience through organizational effectiveness.

· Bachelor’s degree Preferred

· Professional Human Resources Certification a plus, PHR, SHRM-CP

Here's a breakdown of what we provide:

Salary Range(s): $130,000-$180,000

Annual Incentive Bonus Plan 10%

Base Pay is adjusted based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
