Job Title:  Maintenance Lead

Schedule: Full-time 40 hours / week 

                   Day shift: Monday - Friday; can start as early at 6:30 AM 

                   

 

Required Experience, Education, Certifications:

High School / GED

**1-3 years Business facility maintenance experience**

 

Type of equipment or type of work to be performed:

Responsible for ensuring the equipment and facilities Preventative Maintenance program is supported and executed in a timely manner.

General Facility and Assay Equipment Maintenance including but not limited to rock crushers, pulverizers, drying ovens, fusion furnaces, and bag houses.

Occasional Travel:  5-10%

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Major Position Responsibilities:

  • Potential Supervision of Facilities/Maintenance Department employees.
  • Facilitating and managing our Preventative Maintenance Program.
  • Develop maintenance and facility project assignment list.
  • Identify equipment problems and work with appropriate departments to resolve.
  • Ability to interpret schematics
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and facility issues
  • Other duties may be assigned.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • SAFETY ORIENTED
  • Good interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Mechanically inclined
  • High level of organization
  • Must have knowledge of industrial production and facilities support equipment and maintenance.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Basic plumbing skills
  • Basic carpentry skills
  • Basic electrical skills
  • Ability to weld small jobs
  • Any maintenance preventative maintenance system experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to regularly lift/move 50lbs, and occasionally up to 75lbs.
