The Recruitment Administrator works closely with job candidates, internal/external recruiters,  and other human resources professionals in support of Burea Veritas business hiring needs. Manages the flow of candidates throughout the recruitment process all the way through first day (pre-onboarding process).

 

Essential Functions

  • Acts as focal point for pre on-boarding process
  • Schedule interviews (as needed)
  • Creates job requisitions in Success Factors
  • Conducts reference and background checks for candidates who have accepted an offer
  • Generates reports on recruiting activities as required
  • Maintains onboarding tracking sheet (Excel)
  • Validates/manages WWCI/WWCO as needed
  • Schedules new hire orientation for all new employees
  • Initiates the automatic notification on the on-boarding system
  • Responsible for confirming and communicating start date with manager and candidate
  • Conducts the process of hiring new employees into Success Factors and ADPWFN
  • Enters and purges data into HRIS systems required for pre-onboarding as necessary

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2-4 years experience as a Recruiting Administrator or related position
  • Knowledge of HR concepts and terminology
  • 2 years Experience in an HR Service Center environment
  • Proficiency with HR Management Systems (i.e. Success Factors, SAP preferred)
  • Proficiency with ADP/WFN Payroll system
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Evaluation and consultation skills
  • Engaging personality

 

Educational and Professional Requirements

  • Associates degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred
