Bureau Veritas North America, Inc. (Sunrise, FL) seeks multiple Project Managers responsible for all aspects of construction project delivery, ensuring that projects meet the required level of quality, and that projects are delivered within the constraints of time, cost, resources and risk. Manage and coordinate design and construction projects. Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordination, and delivery of projects from preliminary design through completion of construction. Manage and coordinate design teams. Manage construction project internal quality assurance. Hold meetings with project teams on a regular basis to monitor progress and resolve design and construction issues. Prepare regular project summary and status reports. Write and submit testing and inspection logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists. Ensure that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations, and safety precautions are followed. Use scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression. Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Develop and implement quality control programs. Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients. Travel to various unanticipated locations in the U.S. to interact with clients and inspect construction project worksites on short- or long-term assignments. Requirements: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, as well as one year of experience in construction project management, to include experience with Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Project.
