Job description – Marine Le Moine


The Product Development department is responsible for all core domestic and global accounts management activities mainly related to non-accredited standards. The Project Manager shall perform account management activities and financial control in accordance with Bureau Veritas Certification procedures and processes to ensure that client contracts are handled to meet clients’ needs.



  • Ensure the effective worldwide execution of global agreement for Large Account  - PepsiCo
  • Provide administrative technical support to the Bureau Veritas Certification organization, perform Certification Decision Reviews and ensure that the accreditation / rules & internal requirements are met for maintenance of accreditation for ESD 20.20 and non-food GMP
  • Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are executable and allocate resources as needed to fulfill client needs.
  • Provide accurate reporting information for work performed to effectively monitor KPI’s
  • Provide support to field auditors and back office staff as needed.
  • To assist the Sr. Director of Product and Business Development in the new product development process.
  • Selection and training of resources to work on a product launch
  • Coordinate the design and the completion of suppliers audits based on customers criteria
  • Ensure the effective management of all assigned accounts and prospects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
  • Adapt and deploy new product to the North American market Restart Your Business portfolio
  • Ensure appropriate department budget control including internal and external billing, landing and accruals
  • Remain informed and knowledgeable of all Bureau Veritas Certification products, services, product features and benefits to be in a position to assist in the development of marketing strategies, and to make client presentations
