A. Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
- Actively search for new construction project leads through market research, networking, attending events, and utilizing CRM tools.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, including project scope, cost estimates, and timelines, to present to potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth project transition and execution.
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients outlining the company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Track sales opportunities through the sales funnel and manage a consistent pipeline of potential projects.
B. Job Qualifications
- University degree, with Technical, Marketing backgrounds is advantage.
- Construction industry knowledge (preferred): Understanding of construction processes, project phases, and relevant regulations.
- Networking abilities: Strong ability to build relationships with key decision-makers within the construction industry
- Sales skills: Proven experience in lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation
- Communication skills: Fluent in English/ Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze market data and identify potential opportunities
- CRM proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and manage sales pipeline
