Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

1. • Research, analyze and develop the market for BV Sustainability services, including training, certification, verification and related services; identify target industries, potential customers and new business opportunities.
   • Proactively develop business opportunities through market research, seminars, exhibitions, networking, direct customer engagement and other relevant channels.
   • Contact and engage with prospects from Telesales, Marketing and other internal channels to understand customer needs, Sustainability requirements and potential opportunities.
   • Analyze customer requirements and coordinate with technical and internal teams to develop appropriate Sustainability solutions, proposals and commercial offers.
   • Prepare and deliver service presentations, proposals and quotations; support negotiation, opportunity follow-up and deal closure.
   • Research and monitor relevant regulations, international standards, market mechanisms and Sustainability trends in Vietnam and international markets, and identify business opportunities arising from market developments.
   • Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, industry associations, partners and other relevant stakeholders; identify cross-selling and new service opportunities.
   • Represent BV at relevant seminars, conferences, exhibitions, networking events and other market activities.
   • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and business development records, gather customer feedback, and share market intelligence with relevant internal teams.

Continuously develop knowledge of BV Sustainability services, standards and market trends; collaborate with Sustainability Technical, Marketing, Telesales, Sales and other teams to achieve business objectives, and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
