Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
- To issue invoice/ request advance based on contracts/agreements signed with clients and target;
- To collect money per contracts/ agreements and per target;
- To check T&E for auditors and submit for approval;
- To send Certificates (soft & hard copy) to clients;
- To do other admin tasks requested by N+1
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- At least 1 year working experience as Customer Service/ Admin/ Secretary position or relevant
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good command of English
