Position Overview: Bureau Veritas Vietnam is seeking a qualified and experienced IATF Auditor to join our dynamic team. The IATF Auditor will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of client organizations' quality management systems, ensuring compliance with the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the reputation of Bureau Veritas as a trusted partner in certification and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct Audits:

    • Perform audits for client organizations to assess the effectiveness of their quality management systems.
    • Evaluate processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and industry best practices.
  2. Documentation Review:

    • Review and analyze client documentation related to quality management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement based on documentation assessment.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact throughout the audit process.
    • Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and corrective action requirements in a clear and professional manner.
  4. Technical Expertise:

    • Stay abreast of changes in standards and industry trends to ensure up-to-date knowledge.
    • Share expertise with colleagues and contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes.
  5. Report Generation:

    • Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, non-conformities, and recommendations for corrective action.
    • Ensure timely submission of accurate and comprehensive reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Engineering, etc.).
  • Good command of English skills.
  • Experience working in automotive manufacturing industry as Quality management or Iso management.
  • Prefer candidates who has certified IATF Lead Auditor with a solid understanding of IATF 16949:2016 standard requirements
  • Proven experience in conducting quality management system audits, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Able to travel for business trips.
