Introduction

 

The position of Sales Coordinator is based in Harare, Zimbabwe Liaison Office, reporting to the Liaison Office Contract Manager. The role of the Sales Coordinator is to proactively and professionally manage the revenue and market share goals for the key assigned accounts. The Sales Coordinator will work across Bureau Veritas functions to improve business processes with a focus on excellence in Customer Satisfaction while also maintaining internal relations.

 

 

Minimum Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with minimum three (3) years of experience in customer facing roles.
  • Exhibit behaviours of professionalism, respect, customer satisfaction, commercial mind-set, drive to succeed.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent negotiation and decision making abilities.
  • Proficient in common business applications and internal BV tools.
  • Well organized, disciplined and self-motivated, with the capability of prioritizing multiple task in a high paced environment.

  • Experience with cross functional teams in resolving complex issues that improve customer satisfaction levels preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple corporate customers at various organizational levels and locations.
  • Assist in creating and delivering growth targets, goals, and objectives.
  • Purse growth of assigned accounts and new lead generation through customer visits, interactions, communications, and other networking opportunities.
  • Achieve annual financial targets for the combined accounts assigned while also meeting individual KPI's.
  • Ensure customer's expectations are fulfilled at all levels within Bureau Veritas in line with VoC activity.
  • When issues arise, take the lead on behalf of your account to address issue.
  • Prepare and lead customer partnership presentations for client meetings.
  • Prepare and lead customer partnership presentations for client meetings.-Recognize growth as a top priority and spend significant time hunting new, as well as managing/farming existing accounts.
  • Proactively read the customer and market segments to implement responses for competitor activity and market changes.
  • Provide recommendations and capture market intelligence on customers and market trends.
