• Minimum Required Qualifications

• 1. Specialty

ELV Systems – Design Review, Technical Advisory, Inspection, Supervision, Commissioning Support & Compliance

• 2. Education

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering (Master's Degree an advantage)

• 3. Training

Relevant professional certifications (preferred)

• 4. Technical knowledge

ELV systems including ICT & structured cabling, security systems (CCTV, ACS, intrusion detection), audio visual, public address, BMS integration, data centers, smart building systems and fire alarm interfaces; UAE regulations and international standards

• 5. Experience

10-15 years in ELV systems design, review, consulting, supervision or project management, including 5+ years in a leadership or team management role

• Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities

• 1. Primary Functions

• Develop and implement the ELV business growth strategy across the UAE
• Identify and secure new opportunities with developers, consultants, contractors, government authorities and asset owners
• Support proposal preparation, technical clarifications and commercial negotiations
• Achieve annual sales, revenue and profitability targets
• Drive cross-selling opportunities with Design Review, MEP, Digital Solutions, Asset Integrity and Sustainability teams
• Manage ELV projects from initiation to completion, monitoring schedules, budgets, quality and resource utilization
• Ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining high client satisfaction, and support resolution of technical and commercial project issues
• Build and lead the ELV engineering team, mentoring and developing technical staff
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training requirements

• 2. Technical Expertise

• Lead technical reviews and assessments for ELV systems (ICT & structured cabling, security systems, audio visual, public address, BMS integration, data centers, smart building systems, fire alarm interfaces)
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, international standards and client specifications
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and clients
• Strong understanding of UAE market practices, authority requirements and industry standards
