Fire & Gas (F&G) Engineer

F&G Engineer (Mid–Senior Level)

Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience: 7–10 years
Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Independently lead Fire & Gas (F&G) Mapping Studies using Detect3D, HAZMAP 3D or other similar F&G mapping software tools
✅ Independently lead BFSR and FRA studies as per ADNOC, NOC, ARAMCO, NFPA standards
✅ Independently lead model reviews, client meetings and provide technical response/ solutions
✅ Mentor junior engineers for smooth project execution
✅ Support proposal team with technical queries and cost estimation

Skills & Competency Requirements:
✔ Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant

✔ Proficient in Detect3D, HAZMAP 3D or other similar F&G mapping software tools

✔ Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

✔ Strong knowledge of ADNOC/NOC/ARAMCO/ QP standards

✔ Strong knowledge of international codes and standards eg.g NFPA, API, BS EN, ISA etc.

Preferred Skills:

✔ Supporting risk & safety studies (e.g. QRA, FERA, EERA, ESSA, BRA, dropped object, RAM etc.), when necessary

✔ Experience of F&G system design (eg. F&G philosophy, layouts, C&E etc)

✔ Proficient in PHAST/ SAFETI/ Flaresim software
