Junior Mechanical Engineer

Assists senior engineers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining mechanical systems, components, and equipment, using CAD software for modeling and creating technical drawings, and often involves hands-on prototyping, installation support, and problem-solving in manufacturing or research settings, requiring a mechanical engineering degree and strong teamwork skills.
- Design & Development: Assist in creating designs for mechanical systems, parts, or products, often using CAD software (like SolidWorks) for 3D modeling and drafting.
- Analysis & Testing: Conduct simulations, calculations, and physical tests (thermal, vibration) to evaluate performance, reliability, and safety.
- Prototyping: Help build and evaluate physical prototypes to test concepts and designs.
- Documentation: Prepare technical drawings, specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and project reports.
- Installation & Support: Support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment, offering technical troubleshooting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers, cross-functional teams, and sometimes clients or vendors.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance product reliability.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience (0-2 years) in a relevant engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
