Maintenance Engineer

Minimum Roles and Responsibilities but not limited to will be as follows.

1. Responsible for the Maintenance of NDT equipment and personnel to various job sites.
2. Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing all NDT equipment.
3. Conduct Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance and report any maintenance needs.
4. Adhere to local UAE laws/Regulations and Sievert safety policies.
5. Maintain accurate records of Equipment usage, Service records as Per OEM Manuals.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards, especially when working with radiographic materials and hazardous substances.
7. Familiarity with safe handling of NDT equipment and hazardous materials.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, depending on project requirements.
9. Travel to various job sites, including remote or hazardous locations.
10. Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to NDT Equipment problem-solving.
11. Ensure the QHSE compliance as set by Sievert for safe Handling
12. Shall maintain the equipment along with accessories by regular cleaning and to be kept safe after the completion of activity.

Authorities

1. Conduct Equipment Pre inspections that the equipment is fit for operation before sending to Site Locations.
2. Escalate any safety concerns, incidents, or near-misses to the QHSE Team
3. Suggest minor technical repairs and responsible to issue the suitable Spare Request
4. Halt operations that violate safety protocols, especially those related to hazardous materials or radiographic equipment.
5. Inspect, load, and secure NDT equipment for safe transportation.
6. Perform routine checks on NDT equipment.
