Mechanical Engineer (Rotating Equipment

Position Requirements:

• BSc. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in major Oil and Gas projects, with proven expertise in rotating equipment / Packages / HVAC Procurement / Engineering Quality, site installation, inspection, and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contractor deliverables review, vendor document approval, and site construction quality oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Senior QA/QC Engineer.
• Review and approve EPC contractor procurement documents, vendor data sheets, and technical specifications for rotating equipment.
• Monitor vendor manufacturing activities and participate in FAT/SAT as required.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications during site installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with EPC contractor to resolve technical queries.
• Verify implementation of corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.Review and approve relevant quality documentation.
