Mechanical Engineer

Designs, develops, builds, tests, and maintains mechanical systems and devices, from tiny components to large machines like engines or HVAC systems, using CAD software for designs, analyzing data, troubleshooting failures, managing projects, and ensuring safety and efficiency across diverse industries like aerospace, automotive, and energy. Key duties include research, prototyping, CAD design, project management, testing, manufacturing oversight, and providing technical support. 

Core Responsibilities

• Research & Design: Analyze problems, research solutions, and design/redesign mechanical systems and components using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).
• Development & Testing: Create and test prototypes, analyze results, and modify designs for optimal performance, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness
• Manufacturing Oversight: Oversee production, select materials, and ensure quality control during fabrication.
• Installation & Maintenance: Plan and manage the installation, operation, and ongoing maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Troubleshooting: Investigate equipment failures, diagnose issues, and recommend remedies.
• Project Management: Lead teams, manage project timelines, resources, and documentation. 

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, kinematics, materials, and mechanisms.
• Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Communication (written and oral) and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
