Client handling and customer service

    1. Technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of the Management system.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and ISO 17021 (preferred).
  • NACE code classification and technical classification of industries.
  • Hands on Finance experience including Invoicing etc.
  • Knowledge on outlook, Office 365 (word, Excel), planning and scheduling software application etc.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in planning and scheduling

Primary Functions

  • Scheduling and Admin activity for Certification.
  • Client coordination and managing key Client and organization.
  • Other task Assigned by the operations team.

Client Relationship Management

  • Team Player and engage all teams.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Manage client expectations and provide regular updates.
  • Facilitate client meetings.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure high level of client satisfaction.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure existing client relationship.
  • Track, Manage and communicate the plan and schedules

Self Management

  • Ability to work independently and manage client, management skills for individual and team-based work
  • Excellent time management to ensure timely deliverables.

  • Deep comprehension of client's technical needs

HSE Requirements

  • Complete the Regular HSE standard training and compliance to HSE requirements.
