1. 1. Duties

• Rig Condition Survey and preparation of equipment fact with the summary of the inspection and clear recommendation.
• Rig Commissioning / Commissioning survey.
• Rig commissioning experience and knowledge in engineering drawings.
• Rig comprehensive examination (before and after maintenance).
• Rig asset integrity audit.
• Rig critical spare parts verification.
• Rig occupational health and safety compliance audit.
• Rig dropped object survey.
• Rig special equipment & lifting audit.
• Rig PMS implementation audit.
• Performing well control Equipment inspection and function checks.
• Rig Electrical Equipment inspection and ATEX Compliance audit.
• Perform visual inspection for barge and rig equipment onshore / off- shore or at OEM premises.
• Jacking system audit based on international standards, OEM recommendation.
• Rigs HSE equipment Inspection and SCE verification.
• Witnessing functional checks for barge and rig equipment onshore / off- shore or at OEM premises
• Marine Equipment Inspection and functional verification.
• Performing Crew assessment and preparation of crew matrix.
• Conducting / performing rig endurance test and jacking trials.
• Preparation of consolidate deficiency list and final report.
