Senior Civil Engineer

Leads the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and, on time, and meet safety standards. They supervise site teams, review technical drawings, and mentor junior staff, requiring a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, PE license, and extensive experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead engineering projects from conception to completion, managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Site Supervision: Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design plans, and resolve on-site issues.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to manage expectations and ensure project alignment.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance, technical support, and training to junior engineers and designers. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is typically required.
• Experience: 8+ years in civil engineering, including design and project management.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
