Primary Functions
|
- Lead sustainability project delivery from scoping to completion
- Oversee entire project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Serve as technical expert in sustainability services
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with sustainability frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate between internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners

Client Relationship Management
|
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and client meetings
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure high level of client satisfaction
- Represent company at industry events and conferences

Business Requirements

- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in sustainability sector
- Lead proposal preparation for tenders and direct client opportunities
- Track and manage tender bidding processes
- Conduct client presentations and lead negotiations
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams on sales strategies
- Develop customized solutions based on sustainability trends and local regulations
