  • Support the Proposal team to prepare technical-commercial proposals that demonstrate:
    1. Comprehensive understanding of client's technical requirements
    2. Bureau Veritas' unique value proposition
    3. Detailed cost-benefit analysis
    4. Compliance with international regulatory standards
  • Guide the technical team to design customized service packages addressing specific client needs
    1. Experience
  • Minimum 6-10 years’ experience in Industry/ Oil & Gas / third party services sector, & Business development
  • Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities
    1. Primary Functions
  • Responsible for driving growth and expanding Bureau Veritas' market presence in the buildings and infrastructure sector.
  • Conduct thorough market segmentation analysis to identify high-potential opportunities
  • Create detailed client penetration strategies and roadmaps for targeted clients (as per BV strategy)
  • Develop competitive intelligence reports tracking industry trends, pricing levels and potential business opportunities
  • Lead, Manage and develop the B&I sales team
    1. Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain clients’ strategic relationships with:
    1. Senior executives
    2. Key decision-makers in the industry projects
  • Conduct regular strategic meetings to understand evolving client needs
  • Develop long-term partnership frameworks
  • Negotiate complex service agreements, MOUs and contracts
    1. Business Requirements
  • Report to Area Sales Manager about day-to-day business update
  • Dotted line Report to Dubai and Abu Dhabi Sales managers for their respective business as required

  • Develop proactive business growth strategies

  • Achieve Quarterly growth targets (individual & team)
  • Keep a minimum of 30% proposal conversion rate
  • Grow the sales pipeline and keep it up to date
  • Identify the Performance GAP of the sales team and build a development plan for them to be reviewed on yearly basis
  • Maintain OP as per the plan
  • Support revenue delivery as per plan (Ensure Sales to revenue conversion as needed)
  • Hold regular meetings with operations and ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Deliver the sustainability sales target as per plan
  • Create and support cross product line selling
  • Create and support local KAM strategies
