Certification Product Line Head

Position is open for KZ passport holders - Certification Product Line Head

Responsibilities:
- Developing a professional and mutually beneficial relationship with clients;
- Monitor accounting policies and practices to ensure compliance with contractual requirements;
- Develop CER's commercial activities and sales in Kazakhstan;
- Setting up, co-ordinating, delegating, supervising, and managing the overall certification organisation;
- Adjusting commercial/operational activities on strategic, tactical, and operational level;
- Feedback to management team and other departments.
- To lead and steer the operational organisation performing their activities within the framework of CER MS, Code of Ethics, BV Group policies and the requirements of all operating licences;
- Managing PNL of certification services in the country
- Managing the resources to deliver these services

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in certification/auditing, including leadership experience;
• Proven track record in business development and service sales;
• Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, 27001);
• Experience with P&L and budgeting;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
