About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IND Proposal Coordinator to join our team in Almaty. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing proposal and tender submission processes, ensuring all documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in accordance with client requirements.
Support pre-qualification processes and ensure the timely completion of required documentation.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
Review tender requirements and ensure compliance with submission guidelines.
Compile, organize, and submit complete tender packages within established deadlines.
Track proposal and tender schedules and follow up on pending documents.
Maintain proposal and tender documentation records and databases.
