THE POSITION

As a Inspection Coordinator, you will co-ordinate the services of the Shop Inspections department from A to Z for the United Kingdom, which is based in Amersfoort. You will act as the first and last point of contact for the internal and external stakeholders in order to meet customer expectations. The international Shop Inspections team has a culture of excellence, innovation and ownership. To ensure best quality towards our clients, we work with deadlines and KPI’s during the coordination process.

 

Your main responsibilities are: 

  • Ensuring customers with questions or requests are offered proper solutions;
  • Making quotations for the customer;
  • Scheduling inspections;
  • Processing inspection reports and sending them to the customer before the deadline;
  • Hand over to invoicing administrator for timely and correct invoicing;
  • Maintain KPI’s. 

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

  • HBO (Ba.) or MBO with sufficient relevant experience;
  • Preferably some years of administrative/planning working experience;
  • Interested and/or understanding the commercial aspects in a business unit.
  • Can-do attitude with a pro-active, solution-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast pace environment and cope well with pressure;
  • Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills;
  • Fluent in at least English and preferably Dutch, verbally and in writing
