About the role

As an Inspection Coordinator, you will work within our Industry Procurement Business Unit, facilitating both our clients and our inspectors. The department monitors and verifies the quality and quantity of orders and deliveries for our clients across the globe this includes visual inspections of industrial materials and components.

You coordinate the entire process from A to Z and serve as the first and last point of contact for internal and external stakeholders within our Northern Europe region.

You will be part of an international team driven by quality, innovation and ownership. We provide our clients with the best possible service, guided by shared objectives and clearly defined KPI’s.

 

 

What will you do?

 

  • Provide clients with appropriate solutions for questions and requests;
  • Prepare quotations and follow up accordingly;
  • Schedule and coordinate inspections in collaboration with colleagues worldwide;
  • Process inspection reports and ensure timely delivery to the client;
  • Hand over completed files to the invoicing team for accurate billing;
  • Monitor and maintain team KPI’s.

 



Skills & Experience

 

  • Higher professional education level Bachelor or equivalent;
  • Several years of experience in administration and/or planning is an advantage;
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong can‑do attitude;
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to handle deadlines and pressure;
  • Flexible and energized by a varied, dynamic set of responsibilities;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

  • A salary that matches your responsibilities and experience;
  • A maximum of 8% of your monthly salary per year as a bonus based on personal and business results;
  • 24.5 vacation days and 3 ATV days per year (based on a 40-hour working week);

About us
 

You can work hybrid with us: partly at our office in Rotterdam and from home. You can assume 3 days at the office and 2 days from home on a full-time basis. Or a division of 2 days at the office and 2 days at home with a 32-hour working week. You will work together with 5 colleagues in a close-knit international team in a good working atmosphere.
