About Your Role
As a Project Coordinator in the Riskcontrol department (an independent part of the Bureau Veritas Group), you have a multifaceted role. You’ll work on various projects for major (inter)national clients. The tasks involved are diverse, making your job dynamic and engaging. As a Project Coordinator, you ensure that projects and programs related to (inter)national HSE services run smoothly. You oversee the process from start (receiving the assignment) to finish (invoicing and evaluation) with clients, paying attention to every detail. In addition to administrative tasks, you are responsible for keeping internal and external stakeholders informed by continuously discussing progress. This means you work from home, the office, and on client sites as needed.

What You Will Do
- Record sales and contracts with clients in online tools.
- Schedule risk analyses, site visits, training sessions, and other service components.
- Manage and direct (inter)national colleagues in approximately 30 European countries who perform work at our clients' sites daily.
- Monitor schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Summarize reports and send them to clients via emails and digital tools.
- Populate clients’ digital dashboards with data from reports and risk analyses, ensuring accurate management information is provided.
- Create and manage internal/external procurement orders, assist in preparing quotes, and compile financial reports for clients.
- Continuously find creative solutions for challenging client requests in a (inter)national environment.
What You Bring
- Secondary vocational education/ higher professional education level of work and thinking.
- Relevant work experience.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus (especially Spanish).
- Qualifications in project management/Lean (e.g. PRINCE2, Lean/Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Qualifications in occupational safety (such as IVK, MVK, or an international equivalent) are a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI visualization tool is a plus.
