Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Civil
• 10+ years’ experience in Project/Construction Management and business and 3rd party consultancy.
• PMP/Masters preferred.
• Experience with P&L, Sales, and Business Development.
• Strong commercial, claims, and risk management skills.
• Strond leadership and management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Professional communication abilities.
  
  

Responsibilities & Behaviors

• Elaborating of yearly action plan.
• Defining operational and productivity targets within the action plan. 
• Analyze monthly results and initiate corrective actions.
• Develop / select and monitor own staff.
• Development of Customer Relations
• Elaborate monthly reports to forward to superior (including market / competitors / customers / key events).
• Reporting of incidental key issues (for example: new developments within the business/ products, client complaints).
• Provide expert appraisal services for the client.
• Provide internal technical assistance and conversant with audits of critical nature of works including inspection related to CE marking.
• Coaching, supervising and overall development of Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 inspectors in his area of proficiency.
• Enrich technical databases.
• Promotes BV portfolio to clients.
