Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Civil
• 10+ years’ experience in Project/Construction Management and business and 3rd party consultancy.
• PMP/Masters preferred.
• Experience with P&L, Sales, and Business Development.
• Strong commercial, claims, and risk management skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Professional communication abilities.
  
  

Responsibilities & Behaviors

• Co-ordinate with clients and inspectors for inspections to be performed overseas.
• Follow-up the activities of the physical inspection/planned inspections
• Maintain a close and efficient co-operation with the expert teams with regard to clarification or additional information needed to process file further.
• Transfer to overseas PIC instructions from client or inspection requirements, if any.
• Get the inspection request from Exporter and verify the main details required for inspection arrangement.
• Transmit all documentation to Experts and/or other staff when requested in the form of clarification.
• Implementation of corrective actions as required.
• In co-operation with the Amman PIC Manager/Inspection Technical Manager for Region, to instruct the inspectors for the use, the record, and the safety
  measures with regards to the BV Seals.
• Responsible for supply and control of BV Seals or any other stationery supplied from GS MER to PIC (order, distribution, safety measures and report) for Inspection purposes. Also to maintain records with regards to the BV Seals sent to PIC.
• Manage time and expense sheets of inspectors and other admin staff, as applicable.
• Attend internal meeting with inspectors as and when required.
