Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses.
• Implement and manage all laboratory HSE issues.
• Act as liaison between the lab and other departments in the field. Evaluate and communicate lab results to other departments.
• Supervise those in responsible for lab operation. Review and evaluate job performance of the lab personnel
• Develop new products or knowledge through research and experiments.
• Ensure quality control of chemical products and processes.
• Document and present findings to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to innovate and develop new applications.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in a laboratory setting.
• Strong understanding of chemical principles and procedures.
• Experience with laboratory equipment and analysis techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
